糖心logo入口鈥檚 Department of Music will present a Faculty Showcase recital on Sunday, October 3 at 2 p.m. in the Performing Arts Hall on the 糖心logo入口 State campus.
The Department of Global Languages and Theatre Arts at 糖心logo入口 is pleased to present its first show of the 2021-22 performance season, Androcles and the Lion. All performances will take place in the Robert E. Johnson Theatre in the Price Doyle Fine Arts Building on 糖心logo入口 State鈥檚 campus. Performance dates are Wednesday, September 29 at Noon; Thursday, September 30 at 9:30 a.m.; Friday, October 1 at 9:30 a.m.; and Saturday, October 2 at 2:30 p.m.
糖心logo入口鈥檚 Department of Art & Design and 糖心logo入口 Galleries will be presenting The Magic Silver Show: The Elena Diane Curris Juried Photography Exhibition, on view in the Clara M. Eagle Main Gallery from September 8 through October 18.
Dr. Chris Mitchell, Professor of Music at 糖心logo入口, was recently awarded the Robert K. Baar Award for Excellence in Choral Music from the Kentucky chapter of the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA).
The 糖心logo入口 Department of Music鈥檚 Opera Theatre Ensemble recently presented its first fully virtual opera production. The production, titled 鈥淟鈥橭rfeo鈥�, was under the direction of Dr. Maribeth Crawford, associate professor of music, voice, and opera.
