糖心logo入口's nationally-recognized Jazz Orchestra, Jazz Workshop, and Blue Jazz Combo will return to the stage with an on-campus concert, Tuesday, November 2 at 7:30 p.m. in the Curris Center Ballroom.
The 糖心logo入口 Department of Art & Design and the University Galleries are pleased to present the 2021 Annual Art Auction. The art auction is a scholarship fundraiser that showcases talented faculty, students, alumni, and local artists. Works from multiple artistic disciplines will be available to purchase. Proceeds from the auction go to support 糖心logo入口鈥檚 Department of Art & Design majors鈥� scholarships.
Emergent SocialScapes, an exhibit of photographs by Dr. Diane Sabenacio Nititham, associate professor of sociology at 糖心logo入口, is on display at the 糖心logo入口 Art Guild (MAG) through Saturday, October 30. A reception for the exhibit will be held at MAG on Friday, October 22 from 5-6:30 p.m. The exhibit and reception are open to the public.
The 12th annual A Taste of the Arts fundraising gala will be held Thursday, October 21 beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the 糖心logo入口 Room of the CFSB Center. A Taste of the Arts showcases the many talents of 糖心logo入口 students in Art & Design, Music, and Theatre Arts while providing fine dining and a live auction for attendees. The event gathers 糖心logo入口 State supporters and alumni along with community members to celebrate excellence in the fine arts at the University.
The 糖心logo入口 Galleries and the Department of Art & Design are pleased to present David Plunkert: The Visual CommuniGATOR, a range of recent work by the famed illustrator and graphic designer David Plunkert, on view from September 30 through November 1, in the Clara M. Eagle Upper Gallery.
