Biography
I'm a ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú state alum and a lifelong Graves County resident. My experience and background is in mental health issues, all forms of trauma, domestic violence, juvenile delinquency, foster care, addictions treatment, marital and family therapy and sexual orientation and gender. I am a licensed clinical therapist in the state of Kentucky. I have taught at ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú State since 1999. Prior to this I held several positions. I worked as a clinician in a community mental health center, did clinical work in a partial hospitalization and outpatient program, and was a counselor at a domestic violence shelter. I was also a counselor and community liaison for a residential facility providing care to the chronically mentally ill, developmentally delayed and elderly. I was actively involved in the foster care system and was a foster parent for a number of years.

Student Organization Activities
Ms. McCutchen has served as an advisor to a number of student organizations including the Jewish Israeli Cultural Club (new student organization formed Spring 2015), Faculty Ally, TSO advisor (Taiwanese Student Organization), Omega XI, Alpha Sigma Sigma, Kappa Alpha Order, Delta Mu Pi, Students for Social Justice, National Society of Collegiate Scholars. In addition, Ms. McCutchen has served on the Alliance Advisory Board Committee and is a supporter and participant in "Active Minds" student organization, which raises awareness about mental illness.
