SEAL Mission Statement
The mission of the Office of Student Enrichment, Academic Excellence & Leadership (SEAL) is to advocate and encourage a campus environment that embraces helps students grow personally and academically. Our programs and services are designed to address the leadership development, cultural competency, curricular and co-curricular needs of our student population, to help them adjust to campus life and enjoy a successful college career. The Office seeks to enhance the leadership development, retention, academic success, and graduation rates for students at ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú.
Over-arching Office Goal
The over-arching goal for the Office of Student Enrichment, Academic Excellence & Leadership (SEAL) is to close gaps in educational achievement, by increasing retention and graduation rates for students. Provide opportunities for leadership development and facilitate pathways for positive and collaborative connections for students across the campus and greater ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú community.
Specific Associated Goal
The Office of Student Enrichment, Academic Excellence & Leadership (SEAL) main focus is in addressing retention, specifically addressing achievement gaps as measured by retention and graduation rates. Initiatives are closely tied to student success and will continue to be emphasized by the following goals.
