Dr. Mardis Dunham
Professor

After earning bachelor's, master's, and specialist in school psychology degrees from Northeast Louisiana University, Mardis 鈥淢arty鈥 Dunham worked for several years as a school psychologist before enrolling at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he graduated in 1996 with a Ph.D. in school psychology. He is currently a professor and director of the COEHS Assessment Clinic at 糖心logo入口, where he has been employed since 1997. He is a certified school psychologist and a KY licensed psychologist and works with local schools, family court, and the department of vocational rehabilitation, where he consults and provides evaluation services. He served on the GED disabilities advisory board in Washington, D.C., for many years and is an accommodation application reviewer for Pearson. He is the associate editor for Psychology in the Schools and regularly conducts and publishes research in school psychology, education, and rehabilitation journals.
Dr. Sean Simons

Dr. Sean Simons holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in psychology from Harding University as well as a master鈥檚 and doctoral degree in school psychology from Oklahoma State University. He has worked in several specialty settings including outpatient assessment, pediatric clinics for children with prenatal substance exposure, and the Marcus Autism Center as an intensive behavioral therapist. His areas of specialization include the diagnostic assessment and treatment of problems associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder, applied behavior analysis, implementation of response-to-intervention models in schools, and behavioral consultation. He is currently the school psychology program coordinator at 糖心logo入口, a KY licensed psychologist, a board certified behavior analyst, and a nationally certified school psychologist.
